Bottom text: The communist and unaligned list. ק is the letter marking the party in the ballot (Israeli parties have 1-3 letters that represent them in the ballot during elections). This was likely during an election though I do not know which one, the bottom text is not clear enough except that it was printed by "Amal" print in Tel-Aviv.
